Event Policy

All excursion tickets are eligible for cancellation with a full refund 48 hours or more prior to the start time of the excursion. Tickets can be transferred by request up to 48 hours or more before the time of the excursion start time. For ticket transfer request please email info@act3explorations.com.

You will NOT receive a refund if you cancel less than 48 hours before the start time of the excursion, or if you do not show up for the excursion. There will be no partial refunds if you arrive late to the excursion.

ACT3 Explorations reserves the right to cancel an event due to circumstances that would make the event non-viable. Examples of such circumstances would include, but are not limited to, inclement weather and low event participation. If ACT3 Explorations cancels an event, participants will be offered a full refund. If an event is postponed, participants will have the option of receiving a full refund or transferring registration to the same event at the future date.
